Sponsorship Agreement Terms
1. Sponsorship benefits will take effect after full payment of the pledge and the signed Sponsorship Agreement has been received by USGBC-NCC.
2. The sponsorship term is limited to one event.
3. Cancellations must be in writing and received within two weeks of signed agreement for a refund in full. Cancellations received after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
4. USGBC-NCC reserves the final right of approval for all sponsors and all sponsorship material.
5. Sponsor hereby indemnifies, defends and holds the USGBC – Northern California Chapter harmless from any claim for personal injury or for property damage or for loss of use of property arising out of or in connection with Sponsor’s activities at Sponsor’s participation in USGBC-NCC Events.
