Using case studies from their extensive portfolio of work, this team will provide real life examples of energy retrofits from the first benchmarking process to the final ROI based results. Particular emphasis will be placed on lighting, HVAC and plug load strategies. This class will use case studies from the extensive building portfolios of the presenters and concentrate on real life methodologies to reduce energy consumption in buildings through HVAC redesign and operations, lighting upgrades and controls, plug loading strategies, high and low tech building operations, sub-metering strategies, data handling, costing, and ROI and anti ‘value engineering’ strategies.
