Held at the Pacific Energy Center in San Francisco, the event features complimentary “water efficient appetizers” – foods that requires little water to grow and process. Signage explains the water impact of your appetizers!
Since 2004, the Water Conservation Showcase has included over 80
presentations by water experts from the Bay Area and nationwide.
Presentations over the Showcase’s 6-year history have addressed almost
every water conservation topic, from innovative water treatment
techniques to infrastructure development. Additional topics have
included California's water history, water reuse solutions, water
quality, and water rights.
