to membership [at] usgbc-ncc.org if you did not receive the message and
believe you are a current Chapter member within the Silicon Valley Branch boundaries.
Voting is open until December 6th at 11:59pm.

New Term of Office Begins
Only current, paid USGBC-NCC Members may be nominated or vote in the election. Visit our membership page to join, renew, or check your membership status.
Note: The Silicon Valley Branch was formed March 18, 2008. Terms of
Office will be 1 and 2-year terms starting January 1, 2010 with 1/2 the
governing body rotating in annual elections coinciding with the Chapter
elections. Vice Chairs of Committee will be appointed by the Chair
Silicon Valley Branch Vision Statement
The Silicon Valley Branch will be the preferred source of information, programs, and resources to transform the region so that sustainable thinking and green building practices become the routine practice by developers, home owners, governmental agencies, architects, builders, and others involved in the building industry.
The Silicon Valley Branch Will:

Educate the community about the opportunity, economics, and benefits of sustainable development of individual buildings and neighborhoods.

Influence policy in cities and counties by removing roadblocks to green building.

Perform community outreach and education so that green buildings and sustainable technologies are more accessible to the public in their homes, offices, schools and general infrastructure.
