Exhibit Space Information
Exhibit spaces will be in the
Pacific Energy Center's main halls (first and second floors).
Exhibiting at the Showcase will provide you with direct, face to face
contact with potential customers, clients, and partners.
We will
provide the following:
- Full exhibit space: 6x6 foot space that includes a 2x6 foot table for your displays (or Share a Booth)
- Electric supply and chairs as needed
- Exclusive partners' Break Room
- Complimentary food and beverage
- Volunteers to assist with unloading/loading
- Full access to all presentations
- A high energy atmosphere to showcase your products to interested parties
Exhibitor Registration DiscountsWe offer the following reduced pricing options:
- Early Bird Registration: Sign up before February 19th, and receive a 25% discounted rate
- Share A Booth (New!): Sign up to share a booth with another organization, and receive a 35% discounted rate. With this option, you will receive HALF of a full size exhibit space,
sharing the space with another exhibitor. No materials may take up more than half of the 6x6 foot space or 2x6 foot table. We will pair you with another "Share a Booth" exhibitor, or
you can let us know of a partner preference. Space is limited to 10 organizations.
- Non-profit organizations: Non-profit organizations are granted a 50% discounted rate.
