The San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch is an extension of the Northern
California Chapter as a resource for advocacy, policy changes, innovation, and
education. We build a bridge for Green Building Professionals between San Francisco
and Berkeley/Oakland.

The USGBC-NCC San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch Leadership Team with Dan Geiger
The mission of the San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch is to:
- Commit to be on the forefront of Green Building Education
- Continue to be a resource for Continuing Education Credits (CEUs)
- Support new Green Building Professionals as new members of the Chapter and Branch
- Link volunteers with the Green Building Community
- Maintain momentum of LEED and Green Building
- Designate our commitment to Young Professional Leadership
San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch Monthly Leadership Meetings are held the first Monday of the month at 5:30pm at the USGBC-NCC 6th Floor Conference Room.
The formation of the San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch was approved by the USGBC-NCC Board of Directors on February 24th, 2011. Read the press release.
Branch Coverage
The San Francisco Bay Bridge Branch covers all of San Francisco and parts of Alameda, Contra Costa, and San Mateo
counties, including the cities of Alameda, Albany, Berkeley, Brisbane, Burlingame, Colma, Daly City, El Cerrito, El Granada, El Sobrante, Emeryville, Half Moon Bay, Hercules, Hillsborough, Millbrae, Montara, Moss Beach, Oakland, Pacifica, Piedmont, Pinole, Richmond, San Bruno, San Leandro, San Lorenzo, San Pablo, and South San Francisco.
(The Diablo Easy Bay Branch covers the parts of Alameda and Contra Costa east of the Caldecutt Tunnel, and the Silicon Valley Branch covers the southern parts of Alameda and San Mateo county as well as Santa Clara county.)
