Our goal is to match members of the building community with others interested in similar areas of green building (new construction, schools, financing, materials, neighborhood development, etc.). Each mentorship group will encompass a pyramid structure, with professionals at senior-, mid-, and entry-levels with various backgrounds and experience. The goal is to create cross-pollination throughout the industry in hopes of strengthening communication and collaboration opportunities.
We envision members of each group getting together on a quarterly basis to discuss successes and challenges they've experienced at both micro and macro levels. Over time, each group will evolve to meet the goals and interests of its group members. These meet-ups may include but are not limited to happy hours, formal meetups, and everything in between.
