The State of California Department of General Services Central Plant Renovation Project is now under construction in downtown Sacramento and is anticipated to achieve LEED Gold under budget and on schedule! This event will review the procurement, design, construction and operational strategies associated with turning the State’s requirement for LEED NC Silver into a Project beyond LEED Gold. The event will include a PowerPoint presentation, discussion, and tour of the new Plant.
