About the Speakers
T. Michael Lechner, PE, CEM, CEP, CCM, GBE, LEED AP, Program Manager, Silicon Valley Leadership Group
Mr. Lechner has 25+ years of professional experience in the energy industry and is an expert in technology development. He has negotiated and managed client commodity electricity contracts with contract value in excess of $50M, and led initiative for development of new California energy services marketing strategy amidst rapidly changing market conditions. Mr. Lechner was assigned senior management responsibilities for advanced technical issues by Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI). He has many years of experience in all aspects of project management including: contract negotiation, strategic planning, staff supervision, program evaluation and profitability management. He has developed and implemented major marketing initiatives. He has created opportunities to reduce customer energy consumption through demand side management techniques and energy efficiency improvements. He has served as engineering interface between customers and company energy project design teams, and can understand and negotiate the concerns of both. He is also a widely published author.
Michael comes to us tonight talking as a representative for the Silicon Valley Leadership Group Partnership for Integrated Energy Efficiency (PIEE) a joint Program with PG&E on the topic of Energy Savings Delivery (saving money, energy and the planet). Quantum Energy Services and Technologies, Inc. (QuEST) is a consultant to SVLG.
Mr. Lechner holds an MS in Transportation Management from San Jose State University, an MA, Public Administration, University of New Mexico, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of New Mexico.
Mary Medeiros McEnroe, Acting Public Benefit Program Manager - Silicon Valley Power
Mary Medeiros McEnroe is currently the Acting Public Benefit Program Manager and also the Sr. Key Customer Representative for Silicon Valley Power (SVP), the City of Santa Clara's Electric Utility, and has been working for SVP for 11 years. Current responsibilities include marketing and management of SVP's Public Benefits Programs, which include energy efficiency, renewable energy, low income and R&D programs. Prior to joining the utility, Mary spent 4 years working in the City's Finance/Municipal Services Division. Mary is actively involved in several utility industry groups, including the American Public Power Association (APPA), the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA), and several data center-focused industry groups. She is currently serving as the Chair of APPA's Customer Connections Section and the Vice Chair of NCPA?s Public Benefits Committee. Mary received her BS in Business Administration and her MBA, both from San Jose State University.

Please
email us at least one week prior to the event or workshop to cancel attendance or replace an attendee. Please note the following policies:
- If you cancel at least 7 days beforehand, you will receive an 80%
refund.
- If you cancel within 7 days, you will receive a 20% refund.
- A colleague from the same company may replace your reservation for an event or workshop with at least 24 hour notice.
- Should USGBC-NCC have to cancel the workshop or event, you will receive a
100% refund.
- Registration cannot be transferred to another workshop or event.
